This tool has been extremely well received by the travelling public who use this tool for gift giving, an amazing vehicle for attracting new business to Ontario Resorts. Due to the success of this program, we launched on line Gift Certificates late in 2018. Our gift certificates have no expiry date, are transferable and can be redeemed at any of our member resorts. When the customer checks in and advises you they have a gift certificate, we suggest that your front desk staff validate the number before check out. Monthly Zoom video conference are to share information on practices and policies around handling cancellations / inquiries around reservations for FIT and group business / hygiene protocols . Best practices from the hotel sector will be made available and will also cover and share ideas
It's our social responsibility to protect our valued members, guests and the tourism industry from the impact that this potentially could have.

Resorts of Ontario is hosting bi-weekly marketing teleconference call to get Marketers together and help shape our resorting messages and tone in your succession plans. The Teleconference calls are aimed to share information with other marketers to discuss best practices, recovery action plans and more. We will aim to keep this call to a half hour.
